Stage 1 – The part arrived from our customer in a dirty, rusty condition with old coatings still attached.

Stage 2 – We degreased and blast cleaned the component to remove all existing coatings and properly prepare the surface for a two-pack epoxy system.

Stage 3 – Now the block looks as good as new, finished in a fresh yellow coating and ready for the next stage before going back into service.
